Need some help, GREATLY APPRECIATED

I have decided to start doing some animations but ive recently found out i dont have anything installed on my computer that will let me do so...lol...so i ask you this, to any animators who may see this, leave your suggestions on what i should download to get started

Macromedia Flash is elder version of Adobe Flash. Those are pretty similar, so you do not have to care much =)

i was taking a look at adobe again and it says i have a 64 bit browser and they dont support it yet...but i can run it on a 32 bit browser while i have a 64 bit, any1 know how i do this?
